Digital assets moved from an internet-native experiment into payments, financial infrastructure, custody, tax reporting, and public policy. The language often moves faster than the understanding.
This publication slows the claim down. We ask what an asset represents, who owes what to whom, how control is established, and which assumptions have to remain true for the system to work.
