Privacy contract

Measure less.
Learn honestly.

We use a small, consent-gated analytics stack to improve this publication and the tools used to operate it.

What happens before consent

Optional analytics defaults to denied. Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, and Microsoft Clarity do not load unless you accept analytics. The publication remains usable if you decline.

What happens after consent

Google Analytics 4 counts visits, acquisition, landing pages, and a small event allowlist. Microsoft Clarity supplies masked heatmaps and session replays so we can identify navigation or reading friction. Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, cross-domain tracking, and user IDs remain disabled.

What we measure

  • Page views and basic acquisition information.
  • Explicit analytics consent.
  • Clicks that open an article's cited source.
  • Clicks that open the RSS feed.

We do not send visible article text, source URLs, URL query strings, wallet addresses, asset balances, form values, or free-form reader input as analytics events.

Your choice

Your analytics choice is stored in your browser under awesome-digital-assets-analytics-consent-v1. Use the Privacy choices control in the footer to change it. Declining after acceptance reloads the page without the optional scripts.

Operators and retention

QNTx Labs, LLC publishes this site. Google and Microsoft process analytics data under their own terms and retention settings. We use the data to evaluate publishing experiments and improve our operating software; we do not sell personal information.

Changes

Any new analytics vendor, advertising use, lead form, or commercial conversion path requires an update to this policy and the measurement plan before deployment.
